When are clients automatically added to my client list?

Clients are added to your client list automatically when you create an appointment with a new client, or when a new client books an appointment with you online.

What happens if I have two or more clients with the same name?

So long as you they don't have the same email address, OpenCal will allow as many clients with the same name as needed.

If I delete a client, will I lose the related past and future appointments?

No, appointment history is not deleted, however, if you delete a staff member, associated appointments will not longer show up in the calendar.

If I enable client feedback after appointments, where is the feedback collected?

Feedback emails will ask your clients to reply to the email to give their feedback. Since all client notifications email include your business email as the "reply to" address, feedback emails should be sent straight to your inbox.

How do I export my clients into Outlook, Excel, etc.?

In the "Clients" tab, click on the "Export" link. Download the .csv (comma separated value) file from the dialog that appears.

You can use the "open" or "import" functionality of Outlook, Excel, etc. to open the .csv file.
