Clients are added to your client list automatically when you create an appointment with a new client, or when a new client books an appointment with you online.

Back to topNo, appointment history is not deleted, however, if you delete a staff member, associated appointments will not longer show up in the calendar.
Back to topFeedback emails will ask your clients to reply to the email to give their feedback. Since all client notifications email include your business email as the "reply to" address, feedback emails should be sent straight to your inbox.
Back to topIn the "Clients" tab, click on the "Export" link. Download the .csv (comma separated value) file from the dialog that appears.
You can use the "open" or "import" functionality of Outlook, Excel, etc. to open the .csv file.
