To add an appointment or event to your schedule, start by going to the "Calendar" tab. From here, either click on the "New Entry", or click-and-drag across the time slots you wish to book, then choose between creating an appointment or an event in the dialog that appears.

You can block off time by booking events and marking your time as busy. In the "Calendar" tab, create a new event and check the "Mark time as busy" checkbox.
You can use this to block off time during lunch breaks and other times you are unavailable. You can also block off entire days this way, which may be a useful if you have a schedule that changes from week to week.
Back to topGo to the "Biz Hours" section of the "Settings" tab. Here, you can change the business hours and closed dates for your entire business, as well as for each of your staff.
If your schedule changes from week to week, you can also block off entire days with calendar events.

If you have also checked the option to gather customer feedback in "Appointment Settings", then feedback request email will be sent to clients 24 hours after their appointments.

Once selected, your client's appointment requests will appear in a new "Appointment Request" area in the "Overview" tab. From here, you can accept appointments into your schedule, or deny them (with the option to send a message to the client).
