What happens if I reach the free plan's online appointment limit?

If you reach the free plan's three online appointments/month limit, you will be notified by email of any subsequent appointments booked online. Your clients will be notified that their appointment request is pending review.

Once you upgrade your account to a paid plan, all appointments in the approval queue will be added to the "Overview" tab where you can manually accept their into your schedule, or deny them.

How do I export my data?

OpenCal allows you to export your calendar data (in .ics format) and client list (in .csv format). The export links can be found in the "Calendar" and "Client" tabs respectively.

How do I upgrade/downgrade, or cancel my account.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account at any time through your "Account & Billing" page under "Settings".

Is my data backed up regularly?

Your data is backed up every 24 hours on two services in distinct geographic regions, ensuring you will never lose more than a day's worth of data in the event of catastrophe.
