After creating your account, you'll have free access to all features until you reach the limit of 10 appointments booked online. If you wish to continue using OpenCal beyond that point (we hope you will!), you must choose a paid plan in order to continue accepting online appointments.
OpenCal is appointment booking software that runs through your internet browser and is hosted on our servers. There is nothing to install on your computer and your software is always up to date and accessible. You don't have to worry about security, upgrades, support or maintenance. The savings over traditional software are considerable.
Yes. Our computer servers are protected and backed-up daily at major data centers. Our network is protected by a firewall and all plans include SSL encryption to keep your data safe. You can also export your data at any time.
Yes. You can change your plan at any time without interrupting service by going to "Account & Billing" under the "Settings" tab. If you do choose to cancel your account you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up to your cancellation. Simple and fair.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We currently only accept orders online and cannot receive payment via check or over the phone.
We offer free email and phone support on all our plans. OpenCal is designed to be intuitive and easy to use. You likely won't need any training, but we are here to help if you have questions.
